On May 20, Ambassador Li Song attended upon invitation the Seminar on the Issues of Regional and Global Security jointly organized by the Vienna School of International Studies and the Permanent Mission of Kyrgyzstan in Vienna, and delivered a keynote speech.

Ambassador Li actively promoted the four major global initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping, introduced China’s positive contributions to promoting regional and global security, and stated that China will continue to actively advocate and practice a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept. Relying on regional cooperation mechanisms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and multilateral platforms in Vienna, China will inject more stability and certainty into the turbulent and changing international landscape.
